LEFT: On Saturday, May 30, City Park’s back lawn was filled to the max with families and film lovers ready to enjoy Baton Rouge Gallery’s Movies & Music on the Lawn. This year’s theme, Familiar Faces, focuses on beloved and well-known stories in silent film versions not as well known. Those in attendance were treated to one of the first film adaptations of The Wizard of Oz based on the book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, by L. Frank Baum.
