| Special Events Coordinator
Email Jason Andreasen Jason Andreasen is an alumnus of Miami’s Florida International University with a major in political science and a minor in sociology/psychology. Jason, having diverted his attention away from a career in the courtroom, has shifted his focus to working with words. Over the past year, he has served as the Entertainment Editor for Baton Rouge’s most popular weekly publication, Tiger Weekly. In that capacity, he has interviewed the likes of local visual artist (and BRG member) Kelly Scott Kelley, comedian D.L. Hughley, blues legend Johnny Winter and popular bands such as Galactic, New Orleans Bingo! Show and The Loft. He looks forward to a life as an observer, lover, consumer and examiner of art, whatever the medium might be. Jason and his wife (local artist Lily Betancourt) are anticipating the arrival of incoming artist-in-residence, Kylie Sienna. |
