BR’s premier live art auction, KINETICS

On Friday, November 7, 2025, Baton Rouge Gallery held it’s annual benefit event - KINETICS - with its fun and fast-paced live art auction!

The event celebrated the energy of contemporary art in Louisiana's capital city, providing a chance for arts lovers to celebrate their passion while bidding on more than 30 original works from some of the region's most talented and prolific artists (all opening at just $100)!

In addition to the auction, guests enjoyed complimentary signature cocktails, music, phenomenal bites, and a fun night that made Louisiana’s capital a more vibrant place to call home.

What does KINETICS make possible?

Every dollar raised during KINETICS goes to one of two things: (1) directly to the local and regional artists that share their work with the community at BRG, or (2) to support BRG's twelve exhibitions annually, numerous popular cultural and educational programs, and more!

This one special night supports local and contemporary art in Louisiana's capital city year-round. Your support and the success of this great night allows the gallery to focus on its mission and programming throughout the rest of the year. We invite everyone to come enjoy an incredible night while helping to make the arts in our community - and thus, the community itself - stronger!

Last year, KINETICS raised more than $116,000 to support local artists and BRG’s mission of connecting them with local audiences! We can’t wait to see what this year’s KINETICS sponsors and attendees will make possible in 2025!
