Setting Up a Payment Plan

Once you’ve selected the piece(s) you’re interested in, the first step is as simple as an letting us know. Using the form below, simply tell us which artists/works you’re interested in and we’ll work with you on an installment plan that fits your budget and your timeline.

An initial deposit of 25% of the sale price of the artwork(s) is required to get your payment plan started. As soon as the deposit is made, the piece is considered sold and is removed from our catalog of available works.

Hassle-free auto-draft payments: BRG will establish automatic payments with you using a credit or debit card that must be valid (based on its expiration date) for a minimum of three months from the date of the deposit is made. Installment payments on the balance owed after the deposit is made are scheduled on a monthly basis, though we are happy to discuss alternate arrangements with you if needed.

Artworks purchased via payment plan remain the property of the individual artist who authored the work until all installments have been paid in full. Once all but the final installment has been paid, a BRG staff member will contact you to coordinate shipping/delivery/pickup of the work(s). If delivery is needed, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, which will be added to the final payment.

Canceling a purchase: Because any unique work involved in a payment plan is removed from the marketplace, that means it isn’t available to other potential collectors. As a result, the initial deposit and subsequent payments are not refundable. However, future scheduled payments can be canceled upon request.
